Does Summit Tech handle the architectural design, or do I need my own plans?

We offer both! We have an in-house design team for “design-build” projects, but we are also happy to work with plans provided by your own architect.

Do you handle NCA (National Construction Authority) approvals?

Yes, we assist in the entire permitting process, ensuring your project is compliant with NCA regulations, county council approvals, and NEMA requirements.

Do you offer consultation for land purchase?
